Come jump in a Sun Buggy and take part in our Epic Tour as you enjoy a breathtaking scenic drive through Puerto Vallarta. Cruise along beautiful coastal and jungle roads before making your first stop at a local market, where you can explore handmade goods, local snacks, and unique souvenirs while experiencing authentic Puerto Vallarta culture.
Next, continue the adventure to one of the region’s most iconic attractions – the Puerto Vallarta Botanical Gardens, one of the top sightseeing destinations in the area. Here, you’ll experience stunning natural surroundings filled with gorgeous flowers, towering trees, and lush jungle landscapes. Take your time exploring the pathways, relaxing on shaded terraces, and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere created by the sounds of nature. Guests can also browse for souvenirs or enjoy refreshments at an authentic Mexican restaurant located within the gardens.
After the gardens, it’s back in the Sun Buggy to continue along the scenic southern coast to the historic El Baston Del Rey Tequila Factory. Learn how the agave plant is transformed into some of Mexico’s finest tequilas, enjoy a guided tasting, and shop for a bottle or two to take home.
The adventure then continues at the coast with a complimentary boat ride departing from Mismaloya Beach, cruising around the famous Los Arcos rock formations, one of Puerto Vallarta’s most iconic natural landmarks. Guests will have the opportunity to snorkel in the clear waters around Los Arcos, depending on conditions, or simply relax and enjoy the stunning ocean views from the boat.
To finish off the experience, relax and enjoy a complimentary lunch at Maria Cuxita Restaurant, where a full meal is included in your tour. What you need to know before you book
Anyone who wants to drive needs to understand, All Sun Buggy’s are manual transmissions. At least one out of every 4 guests must be a willing driver
You must check in 30 minutes before departure. If you miss your boarding opportunity, a credit will be issued for another day. Boarding will close 10 minutes prior to departure.
Buggy Drivers must be age 20 or older to drive, A valid drivers license must be provided.
Every rider must fill out and sign the Sun Buggy Waiver. To save some time on the day of your ride, please print and fill out the following waiver PDF and bring it with you for your appointment. SUN-BUGGY-Waiver.pdf
